No retail-loss percentage is published — the Mauritius FSC entity is not subject to the EU/UK/AU disclosure rule. Commission: none on Standard, ECN and Platinum accounts; PRO-ECN charges $3 fixed per side (accounts comparison). Negative balance protection: '100% Negative Balance Protection' on the client-fund-insurance page (conditions not stated). Regulated entity is CapitalXtend LLC Mauritius (FSC GB23201599); the brand also operates through Capitalxtend LLC in St. Vincent (company registration only, no licence) and holds a Kazakhstan financial-services accreditation.
